"Seamless Mobility: Redefining Urban Commutes in India"
A unified platform for payments, journey planning, and real-time updates across all modes of transport.
In India’s bustling cities, switching between transport modes - bike, metro, bus, rickshaw often means juggling multiple apps, tickets, and payment methods.
For daily commuters, this fragmentation creates stress, delays, and unnecessary costs.
This project explores how a single integrated platform can unify payments, journey planning, and real-time travel information for both public transport users and private vehicle owners. The goal: to make commuting frictionless, sustainable, and rewarding.
Through research into India's multi-modal transport ecosystem, policy landscape, and commuter behavior, I designed a concept that connects all transport modes under one ID, one payment, one platform, bridging the gap between convenience and accessibility in India’s mobility future.
