Overview

This project focused on bridging the gap between online and offline healthcare services. We designed a connected experience that included appointment booking, digital consultations, and in-clinic navigation. My role involved mapping user journeys, identifying pain points, and ensuring a unified interface across all channels. This taught me the value of ecosystem thinking in service design and the impact of continuity on user trust.
